Migraine headaches are very painful to handle and a lot of times pain would be unable to bare. Among all the headaches migraine is commonly seen in both men and women.   • Plan you food meal daily and don't skip 
  • Lavender oil helps a lot to relieve the pain. You can massage your head or you can smell the vapour of lavender. It gives you so much relief 
  • Drink lots of water 
  • Meditation and yoga helps to prevent from migraine attacks 
  • Pepper mint oil heals the pain and it a good home remedy. It helps to free your blood flow and reduce the pain. 
  • Drink teas like strong black tea, rosemary and green tea it helps from attacks 
  • Massages also make you feel good and relaxed 
  • Dip cloth or hand kerchief in cold water and apply to your head it release the pain 
  • Shower in hot water makes the blood flow good and decrease the pain 
  • Feverfew is most useful and works great for migraines
