After watching Azhar, a viewer doesn’t return home with a better understanding of one of the biggest sporting scandals that rocked India in 2000.However, the first biopic movie on cricketer from the Bollywood film industry that had already released today is Azhar. The movie features Emraan Hashmi playing the role of Azharuddin. The role of Azharuddin’s first wife is played by Prachi Desai. Nargis Fakhri had been roped in to play the role of Azhar’s second wife Sangeeta Bijlani. Actress Lara Dutta will play the role of a lawyer. Gautam Gulati as Ravi Shastri. Manjot Singh will appear as Navjot Singh Siddhu. The movie also had Kunaal Roy and Rajesh Sharma playing important roles.

Azhar Bollywood movie is entirely based on the biography of Mohammad Azharuddin, who is a living renowned cricketer of Indian cricket team. The story plot of the movie covers the cricketer’s real life story which is going to reveal many concealed secrets of Indian Cricket. The story of the film elucidates the uncertain life of cricketer and the way he attained success and at the same time wedged himself in several controversies.
