Katti Batti stars Imran and Kangana is directed by Nikhil Advani. The movie is released on 18 September all over and had a huge expectations as the trailer itself proves a comedy and a romantic genre. The movie is produced by Siddhartha Roy Kapur and Nikhil. The music is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Roy and produced under UTV Motions pictures. Trailer was released on 14 June, 2015. Lyrics of Katti Batti songs were written by Kumar and it has six tracks.

Katti Batti Story line:

Maddy (Imran Khan) was a student in Ahmedabad and meet the Delhi girl Payal (Kangana Ranauth). Maddy who is sensitive at heart and look for some serious love where, Payal is a girl who doesn't like to take commitments and look for time pass dating. On their first meet Maddy fall in love with her and they start a live in relationship. One day Payal break up with him and that makes Maddy shattered on the ground. It went all through with heart broken and sadness. He completely obsessed with Payal and decides to marry her at any cost. He search for her everywhere and consult her friends to know her whereabouts. The rest story of Katti Batti is about on and off relationship and will they both come together or not.

• Imran Khan looks fresh with his look and did a honest acting

• Nothing new with the script
• Directing is not up to the mark
• Songs are not catchy
• Kangana Ranauth's role is routine

• Imran Khan: Did a fine job with his role and he looks a bit different.
• Kangana: After playing the unique roles like Tanu Weds Manu and Queen, Kangana looks routine in Katti Batti and does't seem any new with her character in the movie.

• The movie on the opening day collected 5.28 crores.

Verdict:

• Katti Batti is a routine comedy and romance movie. The script doesn't entertain audience and failed to hit the target. The recent release 'Hero' didn't woo at box office but, when compared to Katti Batti it seems a better movie.
