Manjhi - The Mountain Man is directed by Ketan Mehta starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Radhika Apte. It is written by Ketan Mehta, Anjum Rajabali and Mahendra Jhakar. Nawaz Siddiqui is very talented actor and chose to do unique movies.We have seen Gangs of Wasseypur, The Lunch Box, Paan Singh Thomar, Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Nawaz will seen completely different from his rest of the movies.He said this is his one of the difficult role he played til now but, he justified his role with an ease and effortless. Kehtan who tried to show the reality of the story more evidently but somewhere it felt a bit imaginary segments are added.

The story starts in Bihar's Gaya district with a man who starts breaking the mountain. He is a single man who has a hammer and a chisel and decides to break the mountain.It is a small village and running shot of basic needs and facilities. People face problems with their landlord and his torturing towards them. Radhika Apte played Manjhi wife named Phagunia her acting is very modest. At younger age they both get married and in one incident the story completely take a new move. Tigmanshu Dhulia played as a landlord and his acting was good.The story is all about how Manjhi break the mountain and how he made the way between. It is a story of love and challenges of Manjhi and consequences he faced during his journey to break the mountain.Few scenes are heart melting during his challenges and makes you get goose bumps. Nawaz acting on screen makes us not to take our eyes off. Someone the scenes look imaginary though its from real life story.Performances in Manjhi - the Mountain Man:
